The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. However, some amenities like the swimming pool could use some updating, and I wished for better room service management. Overall, it's a lovely choice for a getaway in Liverpool.

The views from my room were stunning, and the staff truly made me feel special. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic variety that set a great tone for the day. However, despite the largely positive experience, I found the pool area needed some maintenance to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The rooms were decent, but I was disappointed by the limited dining options and the high prices for drinks and food. The wellness facilities could use some upkeep, as the pool area felt a bit neglected. Overall, it's good for using as a base while exploring the city, but I had higher expectations given the price point.
