I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza! The outdoor igloos for dining were a unique experience and really added to the charm of my evening. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. However, some amenities like the swimming pool could use some updating, and I wished for better room service management. Overall, it's a lovely choice for a getaway in Liverpool.

However, I did notice some areas in the hotel that could use a bit of updating, particularly the gym equipment and the changing rooms by the pool.

The views from my room were stunning, and the staff truly made me feel special. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic variety that set a great tone for the day. However, despite the largely positive experience, I found the pool area needed some maintenance to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

My stay was generally pleasant, with friendly staff and a good location right by the iconic Liver Building. The rooms were decent, but I was disappointed by the limited dining options and the high prices for drinks and food. The wellness facilities could use some upkeep, as the pool area felt a bit neglected. Overall, it's good for using as a base while exploring the city, but I had higher expectations given the price point.
