convenient location friendly staff good breakfast nice setting
the hotel's location was very convenient near the waterfront. i found the staff to be nice and friendly . breakfast was good, and the onsite parking was useful, though the cost was £19 per day. the bar and lobby area had a nice setting with staff working hard.

the breakfast buffet included a good variety of options! staff maintained the area, and the service was prompt. the function i attended featured a three-course meal, and the waiting staff were attentive during the event.

excellent selection prompt service great view
I found the breakfast selection excellent. They had a good assortment of pastries and hot dishes (the scrambled eggs were freshly made). The staff offered prompt service and maintained a clean environment. My room offered a great view of the surrounding waterfront.
The gym equipment showed some signs of wear and tear.

the location was acceptable and convenient for exploring the area.
the room lacked a fridge. additionally, the bathroom was quite outdated, with a shower resembling one you might find at a campsite. (it was a bit disappointing).

car park riverside location friendly staff stuck plug blood stain broken handle
The hotel includes its own car park. The location is next to the riverside. The staff members were friendly.
The bath plug was stuck so i couldn't fill the bath. There was blood on the curtain when i checked into the room. The suitcase handle broke after storage.
